Her husband would commute via his plane from Pine Mountain Lake and Ann would coordinate the office. Her family built their own home in Pine Mountain Lake (Actually constructed it themselves) and now they have plans to build on their acreage in Greeley Hill. The Powell family also own and built the Advantage Self Storage in Groveland, CA. Community minded and a true local, Ann likes to help where she can. The Hetch Hetchy Association of REALTORS has helped the community raise recourses for many local causes.
