Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer, served on the Grievance Committee and

organizations that support causes like Habitat for Humanity and legislative
causes that help keep California’s high quality housing standards. Because of

construction. She and her husband, John, partnered to run their large earth
moving business in Santa Cruz, Ca. Her husband would commute via his plane from
Pine Mountain Lake and Ann would coordinate the office. Her family built their
own home in Pine Mountain Lake (Actually constructed it themselves) and now they
have plans to build on their acreage in Greeley Hill. The Powell family also own
and built the Advantage Self Storage in Groveland, CA. Community minded and a
true local, Ann likes to help where she can. The recently merged Hetch Hetchy Association of
